Happy Heavenly Birthday Bri!

Brianna's 11 bday pictures.

A birthday timeline of the Princess.

Eleven years ago today, at 1:17 p.m., Brianna Nicole McQueen was welcomed into this world by her family. Brianna was born at St. Francis Hospital in Mooresville and she was a Princess from the beginning. We were always awestruck at the beauty of this child and her Daddy was dreading the time when she would become a teenager. Brianna was daughter, sister, aunt, granddaughter, niece, and cousin to a loving family.

She loved her family right back and was a big fan of reading, dancing, gymnastics, Toy Story, Princesses, and her puppy Daisy. She was strong and brave and exemplified the word courage throughout her fifteen month battle with the brain tumor that eventually took her life.

God put His child, our daughter, on this earth to make a difference. It would seem that He did not make any mistakes in choosing her to fulfill the mission He wanted done. She brought a community together and reminded them that love is the answer. Her courage brought many to be able to deal with their own sickness. Her soul brought many to know our Father.

We miss her and love her so much. We are grateful for each and every day we had with her. Thank you God for trusting us enough to be her family. We are blessed.

We love you Brianna Nicole. Until we meet again our beautiful, sweet daughter…………..

Thank you Amy. Our birthday present to her is to not let her memory be forgotten. By doing so, we raise awareness for a cure in hopes that some day kids will not die from brain tumors. Thanks you for your support.
